Thermo Forma Ultra-low upright, double door freezer Model No. 983

Forma 900 Series -86C ULT Freezers from ThermoQuest were designed to meet a wide variety of pharmaceutical, biological, clinical, and industrial applications. 

The units are constructed and stress tested to operate efficiently at a temperature range of -50C to -86C (-58F to -123F) in a 32C (89.6F) ambient environment. 

The upright freezers are available in 13.0, 17.3, and 23.0 cu. ft. (368.1, 489.9, and 651.3 liters) capacities.

Monitoring and Alarm Systems
Forma 900 Series Freezers are complete with an independent Microprocessor Temperature Controller and Monitor/Alarm System and associated probes.
Probes located inside the freezer chamber to register the temperature where the product is stored.
Large digital green LED temperature display
Tamper-resistant controls
Rechargeable battery provides back-up power to the alarm system if a power failure occurs. 

The alarm system will operate on battery power for a minimum of 72 hours (based on a full charge).
Audible and visual alarms (with ringback feature and standby switch)

Construction
High quality, heavy gauge, cold-rolled steel cabinets feature durablestainless steel interiors that simplify cleaning
Powder coat paint finish provides a uniform exterior surface that resists chipping and rust.
Non-CFC, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation
All upright model doors are hinged on the right and are assisted by an intrinsic cam-actuated, single draw door latch that seals the door against a triple-point silicone gasket.
Chest models feature a flexible gasket that tightly seals the counterbalanced lid against the cabinet
Vacuum relief port on all upright freezers allows easy re-entry after door closings
Easy-to-grasp door and lid handles allow convenient access to the freezer chamber
