WTB Binder FD 53 is a universal hot air sterilizer with forced convection. The efficiency of the APT.Line drying and warming ovens is additionally increased by the powerful air turbine. Forced convection produces higher drying rates and quicker heating up speeds which result in a considerable time saving. Due to the high rate of air transfer particularly efficient drying is achieved which is important e.g. for drying samples with a high moisture content. The air transfer is adjustable. Unpleasant fumes are specifically removed. Particularly in the case of fully loaded cabinets temperature accuracies are increased still further and maximum temperature constancy is achieved.
